I bought iphone 13 pro from Ovantica. Apart from barely noticeable scratches on the sides, the product is almost in new condition. The phone seems to be a Japan model, however, Indian sim card works. The customer service was good and especially Mr. Stalin followed through the purchase process quite well.

The condition of the phone was great with no scratches. I received the product in seal package. The product got delivered within 1 day. However the charger and the cable included in the box was not original. Although overall experience with ovantica was nice. I can recommend my friends and colleagues to order from ovantica as it provides good quality handset with warranty.

I won't be able to vouch for renewed or refurbished phones, but the "almost new" ones are actually almost new! My experience with the phone has been very good and I have no complaints with it. Packaging was very good too.

The customer support team are responding to all my queries. The package that I received was fine and the phone has some scratches at the back but the screen has no scratches. They are genuine and would probably consider them for my next purchase as well.
