- Policy on Partial Cancellation: Ovantica does not accept partial order cancellations. To streamline the process, we recommend canceling the entire order and then reordering the necessary quantity.
- Before Shipment: If you cancel your order before it has shipped, we will refund the full amount, minus any applicable charges.
- After Shipment: If you cancel your order after shipment but before receipt, the refund will be subject to deductions for two-way shipping costs.
Replacement Details
- 7-Day Replacement Guarantee: We offer a 7-day replacement for all purchased items, no questions asked.
- Contact Deadline: For a replacement, you must contact us within 7 days from the delivery date.
- Delivery Timeline: Delivery usually occurs within 2-3 working days after placing the order.
Conditions for Return
Manufacturing Defects
If you find any manufacturing defect, you can return the items to us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement, subject to verification.
Failed Pickups
Replacement requests will be canceled if there are 3 failed reverse pickup attempts or if two weeks have passed since the first pickup attempt.

Self-Shipped Returns

The product's IMEI, name, image, brand, and serial number will be verified to ensure it matches the product that was sold.
Complete Product

Unused Product
The product should be in its original condition - unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains. For electronic devices, ensure the device is formatted and any screen locks are disabled.
Undamaged Product
The product, including components like SIM trays, charging ports, headphone ports, and back-panel, should be free from damage, scratches, dents, tears, or holes.

The product's original packaging or box should be intact and undamaged.
