Product Returns

Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you've received them in a condition that is physically broken, has missing components or accessories, is defective or different from their description on the product detail page on ovantica.com.

If you report a problem with your Smartphone, Tablet, Laptop, or Television, we may schedule a technician visit to your location.

Subject to Ovantica.com Home Services Terms and Conditions, a resolution will be provided based on the technician's analysis report.

Return Conditions

Return will be processed only if:

  • It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
  • The product is not different from what was shipped to you
  • The product comes in original condition (with brand's/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all accessories therein)

If you would like to return a device that stores any personal data, please ensure that you have removed all such personal data from the device before returning. Ovantica shall not be liable for any misuse or usage of such data.

There are no shipping charges for products as shown in Ovantica.

There are NO hidden charges when you purchase from Ovantica.com. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.

Invoice & Receipts

To print an invoice:

  1. Go to Your Orders.
  2. In the menu, select the appropriate dates to change.
  3. Scroll and select the order and select View Invoice.
  4. Select print this page for your records, or your browser's print button.

You don't need a packing slip to make a return. We don't require packing slips from single-box deliveries. This reduces your packaging waste.

Important Notice

Take a video before you open our packaging products.

We always check 100% of our products' performance before packing.

If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care at 9150275508 or write to us at 8065127228 mentioning your order reference number.

We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
